Would you like me to make a special piece of jewellery just for you?

A lot of the work I do is commissioned. 

A client will contact me and request a certain piece of jewellery made especially for them in the style and colour of their choice. 

This is the only way of ensuring you get exactly what you want and you have the added pleasure of knowing that you will be the only person in the world with that piece of jewellery...

How does it work?

The client contacts me via email or telephone and we discuss the piece of jewellery that is required.

I source the components that I think will fit that piece of jewellery.

I put together a design board using pictures of the beads and findings that I've discovered.

The design board is sent to the client via email.

The client chooses which of the beads and findings they would like me to use in their piece.

I put together a 'no obligation' quote

Client accepts.

  I request a deposit.

Components are ordered.

The jewellery is then made.

Photo's are taken of the finished piece and then emailed to the client for their approval.

Any alterations are made.

More photo's are taken for approval.

Final payment is requested.

Order is complete.

How much does it cost for a commission piece?

Probably not as much as you would expect.

I charge an hourly rate for my time and add this to the cost of the materials.

The average time to make one of my charm bracelets is two hours. 

A FREE quote is available for all commissions with absolutely no obligation for the client to buy.

How do I make a payment?

For commission orders only I will accept personal cheques.

The cheque must be cleared before work is commenced.  This takes 5 working days.

How long does it take?

Please allow 10-15 days from order confirmation.

This allows time for ordered components to arrive and for the piece to be made.

Many materials are ordered from the US or Hong Kong, these can take longer to arrive but the client is always advised of this at the time of ordering.

This costs just £5.00

All of my commission pieces are posted via Special Delivery for insurance purposes and you are guaranteed to receive your jewellery the very next day.
